Our requirements:

experience of designing for mobile platforms
proficiency with common UX practice (research, informational architecture, focus group, personas, user flow, moodboard, etc.)
experience in design UI for iOS, Android and Web products from ideation to launch
ability to execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers (sketches, wire-frames, mock-ups, prototypes, micro-interactions)
ability to conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
an excellent eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography
familiarity with responsive design - RWD
familiarity with Lean methodology
fluency in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale
ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
experience working with Agile, Scrum or Kanban is considered a plus
branding experience a plus
HTML/CSS experience is considered a plus
team player and good communicator
self-motivated, with initiative and continuous learner
adaptable to changing environment
fluency in English
Bachelor Degree is required
