Job Summary
Our client is currently making a step further to extend its portfolio towards mobile computing, enhancing its well-known expertise in automotive communication and diagnostics with a whole new user experience: mobility, richness and availability.
The area covered by your responsibility is authoring (specification, engineering, test, integration, maintenance) of specialized Android mobile applications to establish off-board car communication via various communication protocols and application layers business and run specific monitoring, diagnostics or configuration sessions, to support typical user scenarios and business cases of the car engineering, prototyping and post sales servicing.
The solutions you will be involved in are supporting the entire process chain of the car manufacturers and post sales servicing partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Android development and Java
- Optional Xamarin and iOS
- Knowledge in building modern, productive and ergonomic UI for mobile applications
- Technical background and experience in software design and development (OOP, design patterns, best practices)
- Communication abilities
- English language (both reading and writing)
- Passion for software applied in engineering
